Fine Victorian Silver Collarette With Double Locket

A beautifully worked Victorian silver bookchain collar with a neat double locket that contains its original glass and frames. The bookchain is pierced with stars and triangles and is of lovely quality. Equally the locket is finely worked with engraving to both sides. Can be worn at two lengths. No hallmark but tests as silver, this was not uncommon at the time of making. The chain is 19″ or 48vm at its longest length. 16″ or 41cm at its shortest lenth. The locket is 4.5cm long
