Val St Lambert Cobalt Blue Cut To Uranium Bonbonniere

This is a very fine Val St Lambert lidded dish in cobalt blue cut through to uranium or Vaseline glass. Dating from 1900 – 1920 it has a star cut base with good age wear. It is unsigned as it is too early to be so being before 1920. The pattern is taille riche a well documented Val St Lambert shown in the 1908 catalogue. An unusual piece being cut through to uranium which fluoresces well under UV light. The condition is perfect apart from some wear to the base.
